Liam replaced some rotten sills of my sash windows. It was not an easy job due to the access but he was very through in explaining to me the work that would need to be carried out. He was a delight to have around the house - very pleasant, professional, tidy and reliable. I would thoroughly recommend him

It was some while ago that Liam did some repair work on my sash windows. It was a trouble free experience and he was very considerate as a work person in the house. I recently had a problem with one of the sash lock keys and contacted him to see if he had a replacement. He responded promptly and was able to provide me with not just a replacement key, but also a spare! Fantastic after sales service.

I am Building Manager for a four storey Victorian house in central Hove. Liam has recently completed the comprehensive refurbishment of 22 sliding sash windows including repair and/or replacement of sashes and sills, re-glazing and full draughtproofing. The works were completed in six weeks, as allowed by tenants\' occupation. Liam worked closely with me and other trades, e.g. decorators. I am very pleased with the finished work and would recommend Liam for similar projects.

Liam recently replaced 3 sash windows in our Edwardian house, replaced and repaired a number of sills as well as draught -proofing 3 windows. He also did related carpentry work. He always kept us informed about costs and timescales and worked with minimal disruption to us. We recommend him.

We have employed Liam a couple of times over the last few years as we bought a Victorian house with original sash windows. Liam has been, and will always likely be, our go to person for window repair or replacement. His work is of the highest quality, he leaves the place cleaner than he finds it and I’m not sure I’ve ever seen him take a break! One of the best tradesmen we have ever had round!!!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this company if you are looking to replace your sashes. Liam did a fantastic job replacing all the sash windows at the front of our house. Liam is really professional and communication at all times was excellent. He explained each step of the process and kept us well informed. It was fantastic to have windows installed fully painted and looking exactly like the original windows but working perfectly with improved insulation and best of all no more condensation! Liam is a really tidy worker and was very considerate of us and our home at all times.

100% recommend Liam - he did a wonderful job of replacing 5 sash windows for us - delighted with our brand new double glazed sash windows. It's so nice to have fully functioning sash windows that smoothly open top and bottom - the new windows look exactly like the originals in style but with double glazing the noise reduction and insulation is a huge improvement. The new windows were installed fully painted. Liam also did some repairs to an existing sash window we decided to keep - replacement glass and cords which was also done expertly at a good price. Liam was clear about everything, work was completed to schedule and quote.

Liam is a real professional when it comes to restoring timber, sash windows. He did an excellent job on 14 windows, clearly explaining the next steps at each stage, and offering regular communication throughout the entire project.

My daughter told us of sashes & sills as she had some work carried out on her windows last summer on Rugby Rd & was very happy with the work carried out. We have also just had double glazed sashes fitted throughout the house with sashes & sills. They also fitted draught proofing to all the windows which was included in the price. Like previous people have mentioned in their reviews, we were informed every step of how the work would be carried, it was all fitted and finished in the confirmed time agreed. Liam did an amazing job of replacing the windows in our Victorian house. The new timber sashes have double glazed units throughout including the coloured cut-star corner panes. We couldn’t be more pleased. New weights and seals means they open and close beautifully and make the house quieter and warmer. Liam was a pleasure to have around, a lovely guy, clean and tidy too. I had my Victorian sash windows replaced in 2023 with beautiful bespoke double‑glazed versions, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality and workmanship are truly fabulous. The windows look stunning, open and close effortlessly, and never stick, unlike the old ones! Communication throughout was polite, clear, and professional. Liam was a genuinely lovely person to deal with, and the care put into the work really shows. What impressed me even more was that he returned a couple of years after fitting to resolve a small issue. No fuss, no hesitation, just excellent after‑care. The new windows have made a huge difference to the warmth and comfort of the house (and I’m sure to my bills too). The noise reduction has also been notable. Highly recommended.
